POW is available to hire for many different types of event, public or private. We have multiple spaces for all different types of events.
We also hire our space out as a photography and filming location.
To hire the space, we need know;
- What type of event you wish to hold?
- What type/genres of music?
- Private or public?
- Preferred dates?
- What timings you would like to open and close?
- Tech, sound and light requirements?
- Expected numbers of people and their age group?
- What type of performers at your event? DJs? Live acts? dancers?
- What’s your budget
The venue is able to provide top quality PA speaker and lighting system, sound engineers, lighting technicans, security staff, bar staff, venue manager, cloakroom assistant and cleaners.

The Prince of Wales (POW) is a stunning multi-purpose venue; a unique space that is a hub of culture, entertainment and all round good times.
Guests can find a buzzing gastropub on the ground floor, with much of its produce coming from the local Brixton markets. We also provide home cooked pizza from our wood fired oven.
Upstairs we offer an awesome club space and spectacular rooftop terraces. Hosting mostly club nights and all-day terrace parties, POW is a great spot for alfresco drinks and dancing.
Clubbing enthusiasts and Londoners looking for day time and sunset parties head to the amazing rooftop terraces, split over two levels with great views, two bars and a BBQ area to absorb the cool soundtrack of latest and greatest tunes. After dark (11pm) the serious party goers head inside to dance all night to live music, hot DJ sets, whilst during the week the live venue belts out mellow acoustic, jazz funk, drag and much more.
