The safety of our customers, artists and staff will always be our top priority.
Everyones visit to POW should be a safe and fun experience.
We have a professional security team that will search all guests on entry.
Anyone who feels uncomfortable or unwell should ask a bar staff member to speak to a manager who will assist you without judgment.
We have a zero-tolerance policy towards non-consensual sexual harassment or abuse and have a variety of different measures to deal with such issues.
We also have a zero tolerance policy towards spiking and you can ask for a glass or bottle cover at the bar.
To further reduce harm at the venue all our staff and security have taken part in Good Night Out Campaign Training, the Ask Angela campaign and CCTV covers all spots of the venue.
What is your entry policy? Do I need to bring I.D?
POW is a 18+ venue, some nights may enforce higher age limits. Physical Scannable I.D is necessary for all events at POW (driving licence, passport, national identity card). All tickets will be checked/scanned. All persons must be searched by security for our licensing requirements and health + safety. We do not allow re-entry.
How can I book a table in your pub/club?
To book a table in our pub email firstname.lastname@example.org, we do not take table bookings for our club or terrace.
How can I reclaim lost property?
We hold all lost property we find for 1 week, call us on 020 7095 1978 to arrange a time to pick it up.
How do I buy tickets and are there tickets on the door?
Most tickets for our events can be purchased via the ‘Whats On’ section of our website. There are often a small amount of tickets released on the door for all events depending on capacity, but this changes from event to event and cannot be guaranteed.
Do you have cloakroom?
We do have a cloakroom that takes both cash and card.
What are the set-times for events?
Keep an eye on POW social media pages or promoters pages for set times, often released the day of the event.
What are your covid policies?
As restrictions ease we no longer require masks, social distancing or covid passes but the venue will undergo deep cleaning and sanitising between events. We also have hand sanitiser available and plenty of outdoor space for those needing fresh air.
What’s POW’s dress-code?
Wear what you like, apart from hoodies, tracksuits, football shirts and flip-flops.
Unfortunately, our club and terrace spaces are not accessible by wheelchair due to multiple flights of stairs. Our pub space is semi-accessible by wheelchair with the main bar in the accessible area without any steps.
If you require a seat to attend a show, please reach out.
Strobe lighting is in use throughout the venue.
