We use PayPal to exclusively process payments for purchases of E-tickets online. PayPal is a world respected financial institution for processing online payments. This means that you can rest easy that your personal financial details are safe and secure since we do not have any access to your card details during the payment process. Our database only keeps you name and email address on file so that we can send the E-ticket out to you.

Missing E-Tickets

First of all thank you for purchasing your E-ticket for an event at the POW nightclub. We are very sorry that you are experiencing an issue with your ticket purchase. If you have not received your E-ticket please first of all check your spam folder. Your E-ticket is sent out at the same time as your PayPal receipt. Occasionally the Paypal receipt is delivered to your email account but your E-ticket goes to spam. If you still can’t find your E-ticket email, please contact us at info@pow- london.com and we will be glad to resend the ticket out to you. Refunds In general, E-tickets are non refundable.
